Мені неприємно це говорити, але - It is unpleasent for me to say this but
Я повинен поскаржитися на це - I have to complaint on it
Тут повинна бути проблема з - There seems to be a problem with
Мені шкода тебе турбувати, але - Sorry to bother you but
Я незадоволений - I’m not satisfied with…(+Instr. case)
Я сподівався... але - I was expecting… but
Я хочу поскаржитися на - I want to complain about (+Gen. case)
Я не розумію чому - I don’t understand why
Вибач мені , але тут є проблема - Excuse me but there is a problem
Чи не був би ти проти? - Would you mind…?

Мені дуже прикро - I am very sorry
Мені шкода, цього більше ніколи не повториться - I’m so sorry, this will never happen again
Мені жаль, я обіцяю не допустити цієї помилки знову - I’m sorry, I promise never to make this mistake again
